Created Irorun as much for myself as I did for every woman who has ever struggled to show up for herself.
I am a fitness enthusiast, but that doesn’t mean motivation has always come easy to me. Like most women, I’ve had days when work, family, responsibilities, and mental pressure felt heavier than the will to work out. I know how hard it is to push yourself even when you know exercise will make you feel better.What I’ve learned over time is this: movement changes everything.
The gym became my space to de-stress, clear my mind, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with myself. But I also realised that what you wear plays a bigger role than we admit. When you feel confident, comfortable, and strong in your clothes, showing up becomes easier.
Coming from a fashion background, I wanted to design activewear that understands a woman’s body, her lifestyle, and her mindset. Irorun is built with thoughtful cuts, flattering silhouettes, and fabrics that move with you so getting ready for a workout feels empowering, not intimidating.Irorun is my way of encouraging women to take that step even on hard days.
